Join us for a collaborative dinner with Chef Amar and our special guest, Chef Geeta Bansal, owner and chef of Clay Oven in Irvine. Geeta was born in Delhi, India and grew up in a very unorthodox Indian household where formal entertaining for local and international visitors was an everyday event. She takes pride in sharing her modernized version of Indian cuisine, which makes great use of sustainable local produce as well as the highest quality lamb, fish, beef and chicken available. Changing colors, flavors and aromas of each season are very important to her and she incorporates them in her seasonal menus.
